Payment-related data: if paid submissions are enabled, checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We may receive limited transaction metadata such as payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers, package selection, and billing-related event data. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information included in an approved startup listing may be displayed publicly on JustLaunched. This can include your startup name, logo, description, category, screenshots, social links, website URL, and launch-related metadata.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or private information that you do not want made public.

We may share information in the following situations:

Service providers: with vendors that help us operate the site, such as hosting, infrastructure, content delivery, analytics, anti-abuse, file storage, payment processing, and communications providers.

Legal and safety reasons: where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, respond to legal requests, or protect users, payment partners, or the platform.

Business transfers: if JustLaunched is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the directory, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Public listing content may remain visible until removed by us or at your request, subject to our editorial and compliance needs.

You may also ask us to remove a public listing, although we may retain backup or recordkeeping copies where necessary.

JustLaunched is intended for businesses, founders, and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
