Terms and Conditions

JustLaunched is a curated directory for newly launched software products and SaaS companies. We may publish startup profiles, media, descriptions, links, rankings, promoted placements, category listings, and related editorial content.

We may update, suspend, or change any part of the service at any time, including pricing, features, categories, review criteria, or the availability of paid submission options.

You may use JustLaunched only for lawful business or personal purposes. You must not use the platform to submit misleading information, infringing content, malware, spam, adult services, illegal products, or anything that could expose users, payment providers, or the platform to fraud or regulatory risk.

We may refuse service, remove listings, block access, or report activity where we believe use is abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or its users.

When you submit a company, you confirm that you own the submitted content or have the necessary rights and authority to publish it. This includes the startup name, logo, screenshots, descriptive copy, website links, and any social or contact details you provide.

Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, traffic, leads, ranking position, approval timing, or business results. We may edit formatting, shorten copy, recategorize a listing, request clarification, reject a submission, or remove a listing later if it no longer meets platform standards.

JustLaunched offers a free, badge-gated listing alongside paid options. Current paid options are one-time purchases: a $9 listing that skips the launch queue and removes the badge requirement, and a $29 listing that adds a dofollow backlink and 30 days of top-of-feed placement. Other one-time add-ons (for example Directory Blast) may be offered from time to time. Exact pricing, package details, and billing terms are shown on the site before payment is collected and may change from time to time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable charge for the selected package. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Recurring subscriptions. The Founder Membership is closed to new subscribers and is no longer sold. Existing memberships continue on their current terms: they renew automatically each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals, and your membership benefits remain active through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current period. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and the membership benefits may be removed if the subscription is not brought up to date.

One-time placements. One-time featured purchases grant placement for the stated period and do not renew. Any promotional guarantee (for example, a tracked-traffic offer) applies only as described on the relevant page at the time of purchase.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once review work, editorial processing, promotion setup, or listing publication has started. A rejected listing is not guaranteed a refund if the submitted business breached these terms, was materially misleading, or required manual review work. If a charge was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith. If submissions are marked as free on the site, no charge will be collected for that flow.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to JustLaunched, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and promote that content as part of operating and marketing the directory.

The JustLaunched brand, site design, copy, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to JustLaunched and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Listings may link to third-party websites, products, and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, claims, security, availability, or business practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms and policies.

JustLaunched is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of listings or third-party content.

We do not guarantee that any listing will remain live for any minimum period, that the site will always be uninterrupted, or that any featured or promoted placement will produce sales, traffic, or investor interest.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustLaunched will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the site or any listing services.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid submission will not exceed the amount you paid us for that submission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or remove any listing at our discretion where needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, address non-payment or chargebacks, or maintain the integrity of the directory.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of JustLaunched after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
